Julian Gargiulo, Princess Norodom Jenna & Khuon Sethisak Brings World-Class Music to Koh Pich City Hall

An evening of artistic excellence unfolded at Koh Pich City Hall with “Carnegie in Cambodia: Julian Gargiulo & Princess Norodom Jenna,” bringing together international music and Cambodian artistic expression.

Phnom Penh, Cambodia — April 4, 2026 — An evening of artistic excellence unfolded at Koh Pich City Hall with “Carnegie in Cambodia: Julian Gargiulo & Princess Norodom Jenna,” bringing together international music and Cambodian artistic expression.

Organized by Etoile Performing Arts, with the support of OCIC Group, Vattanac, and partners, the event marked a significant cultural moment in Phnom Penh’s artistic calendar.

The concert featured internationally acclaimed Steinway Artist Julian argiulo, whose performance combined technical mastery with a distinctive sense of storytelling and audience engagement. His dynamic stage presence resonated with both seasoned classical audiences and new listeners alike.

Sharing the stage, Princess Norodom Jenna brought a unique artistic dimension, representing a new generation of Cambodian talent engaging with global cultural platforms. The evening also featured a performance by tenor Khuon Sethisak, further enriching the program with a powerful vocal presence. Together, the artists created a dialogue between international artistry and local expression.

The evening welcomed distinguished guests, including Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth, and Sport H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron,Senior Minister H.E. Dr. Chhem Kieth Rethy, as well as secretaries of state and members of the diplomatic community.

Beyond its artistic significance, the event also carried a charitable purpose, with proceeds supporting educational initiatives through the Cambodia–Japan Friendship School and Il Nodo Cambodia.

The evening also marked the grand opening of the exhibition of Khmer returned artefacts “Pithi –Objects of Ceremony,” presented to the public for the first time. The exhibition will reopen with free public access from April 22 to May 4, 2026,from 2pm to 6pm.
